Hello,
during my run the screen on my Charge 3 suddenly went black. If I press the side-button it still vibrates, and it still seems to send data to my app.
I have already tried restarting it by holding the side-button, I have also followed this instruction (i.e. pressing for 15 seconds while it's charging - device turns off - charge again and it turns on) and it all didn't help. Still I only get vibrations and nothing more - I think the screen just went "dead".
I reside in Germany and my device is still in its warranty period - which next steps should I undertake?
