Mijn charge 3 is vervangen en de nieuwe wil niet reageren op het draaien van de pols. Het scherm gaat alleen aan als ik op de knop druk. Knop lang ingehouden: enkel "scherm activeren" staat aan. Bij instellingen staat de helderen op automatisch/normaal (beide opties geprobeerd) en hij doet het nog niet

The screen won't react to wristmovement. If I push the button for 2 seconds online activate screen is on. And the brightness of the screen is automatic/normal (both optioneel will not work)
The only way to put on the screen is to push te button...
A bit dissapointed in the charge3... this is already my second replacement and unfortunately there are problems with every charge3.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling and recommend doing the following: press and hold the button on your Charge 3 and swipe to access the quick settings screen. Make sure Screen Wake setting is on and Sleep mode and DND are turned off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it.
