Charge 3 screen won't swipe and it has a line across

The screen has one line which is not a major concern- I can’t swipe in the screen anymore to check heart rate or set a stop watch. It works as well as a basic Fitbit as a step goal indicator and shows the time.

Hi @RW1985, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 won't swipe and it has a line across. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
