Hello, I have been a happy Charge 3 user for years until yesterday.

The weirdness started after I let the battery run down to 0%. I charged it back and every seemed to work fine then a few hours later I noticed the time was out of sync. I synced with my phone and it was fine. Then a few hours later it went all black and continuously vibrate change touching the side.
- It does the same while charging or not.
- the green sensor is continuously flashing

- I tried the reboot procedure while charging; making it vibrate for 15 sec. Without success.

- my phone does not detect it anymore
- I did the firmware upgrade a few weeks ago.

I am not sure what else to try.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I noticed that you already have a ticket with our Support team so keep working with them to find a solution.
