My Charge 3 screen went black. Hard reset not working. Status bar stays frozen. Smiley face shows up, but then goes away. Still not working. Won’t sync with app. Please assist. Thank you.

Hi @Rick1on1, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 won't turn on properly and it won't sync, even though you have tried a factory reset.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the hard reset was performed. In the meantime, please try a regular restart. To do so, follow the steps listed in this help page. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
