Charge 3 screen won’t turn on but device is on

I have woken this morning to My charge 3 screen not working.

its vibrating and had the green flashing light underneath but nothing on the screen.

I've tried all the troubleshooting and restarting it and it just does the vibrations still nothing on screen.
I have emailed but just wondering if anyone here had any suggestions?

i need my watch for work so this is a real inconvenience.

this will also be the 3rd time in just Over a year that it has gone wrong (already on my 3rd pebble)

Hello, i have the same problem and happened 3 times already and it’s not been even a year, so did you get an answer to this? 

The watch is still registering everything and linked to my phone but the screen is off and not displaying anything!

Same!  I bought mine right before Christmas last year so of course its not under warranty 😞

Oh, timing is **ahem**ty 😕
Try these steps and let me know if it works.


1. Connect the device to the charging cable.
2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold
the button down for 15 seconds.
3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur:
first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
4. The device turns off.
5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations
occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations
occur.
6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

@RanaJ I've done that already.  It's super annoying but I'll just have it record steps until I find something else
