Hello. My charge 3 was working fine yesterday and fully charged when I went to bed. After waking up I realized the screen wouldn't turn on. I can't get it to sync to my app and when I try turning it on it just vibrates. I tried manually restarting as instructed and it did not fix it. I saw another method for that specific problem where you hold the sensor for 15 seconds and then unplug and plug back in, and that also did not work. It will vibrate nonstop no matter how long I hold it. I'm at a loss and kind of upset because this is my second fitbit now and I am having so much trouble just getting it to work how it's supposed to.
