@mlshayde93, thank you for coming back to us - that's strange though.... As a quick workaround - if you briefly push haptic button on the left side - it wakes up the screen, this way to won't need to flick it multiple times.

As a 101 troubleshooting option, you can also try to reboot it.

Wired option

Wireless option: On the tracker, swipe 3 times to the left - you'll get to Weather & Settings icons - tap on Settings, swipe up till you get to About - swipe up again - you'll see clear user data and reboot device options. May want to try reboot device first. Clear user data will clear all the data from the tracker, not synced data to Fitbit servers.

Please, let us know how it goes!

@mlshayde93, welcome! I wonder if you turned off Screen Wake functionality by chance? If you press haptic button for a bit longer, you'll feel 2 vibrations and quick setting menu will show up. There you'll see Screen Wake and Notification options that can be turned on or off. If your Screen Wake is off, tap on it to turn it on - then the watch should be waking any time you flick the wrist.

Hope it works for you!

Hi, thanks for your response! I checked and my screen wake is/was on. So unfortunately that isn't the issue 😞

Hi, thank you for the suggestion. I tried restarting it a couple of times and it still has trouble turning on when I move my wrist. It doesn't happen all the time but it's somewhat frequent.

@mlshayde93, sorry to hear about it... Maybe worth contacting Customer Service - let them take a look at it?

I have this same problem too. Eventually I need to just tap the screen to get it to show anything.
