Still vibrates when I push the button, still syncs to phone but screen stays black.

Hi @MargaretES, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen won't turn on.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
