Charge 3 screen won't turn on

On Friday my Charge 3 vibrated and the screen went white and was jumping around, now the screen is totally black. It is less than a year old and has failed. Any ideas? I've tried restarting it with no joy. Before it failed  I also had lines across the screen. Seem to be common problems looking at the forums.

Hi @Lcr15, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen went blank and it won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please let me know if your tracker vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if the screen comes back to life.

Hi Juan, yes the tracker vibrates when I plug it in. I've just put it on charge so will let you know in a couple of hours if anything changes.

Hi Juan, the Charge 3 is now fully charged but no change in terms on the screen. It is still black with nothing on it.
