My fitbit has been showing a blank screen since last week. I have tried a long restart, change clock face, ensure firmware has been updated and normal reset. However, nothing works. I have still being able to sync my steps to my fitbit apps. However, without a screen, it is very inconvenient for me. Please help.

hi JuanJo, i am facing the same issue. This blank screen issue has happened few times already but since rebooting never worked, i will just let it be and the screen will return in hours or a day or two. but this time seems different. Yesterday, i noticed a black line first. tried to change clock face hoping the black line will be gone but it isn't. then today, the screen suddenly became blurred and started to fade slowly until it all went black. i tried all the possible ways to reboot but unsuccessful. it just vibrates but that's it. it still syncs with the app but no screen til now. Hope you can help me on this.
