my Charge 3 has gone completely blank It has been getting dimmer and dimmer I thought it just needed charging.
I have tried all the suggestions about the reboot and changing the clock face countless of times but sadly think it has died.
Any further suggestions?

Hi @louisemileham, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd just like to know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.

I spoke to someone this morning and I am getting an replacement as I tried the troubleshooting yesterday and today with someone from Fitbit and it doesn’t work.
