My charge 3 was perfect until today's update. Now the screen is black. Vibrations are active but the display is dead. Attempted a reset with the power cord to no avail.

Hi @Katefl, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display turns on properly.

Thank you for getting back to me. I tried a number of Fitbit faces but none worked.
I left the watch on the charger all night to be sure it charged fully and can tell by strong vibrations it is charged and then tried a reset using the power cord. Still not screen. After reviewing a number of posts on various sites I am noticing others are having the same issue after install an update yesterday.

No, changing the clock face did not help. My Charge 3 is useless after installing the Fitbit update.
