My Charge 3 display stopped working. After following all of the online suggestions on how to fix this I contacted Support and they could not help but rather told me I would receive an email within a few hours on the warranty information and instructions. I received the email, they offered 35% off a new tracker. Since my watch is only 2 1/2 years old and is unrepairable, I won't be buying another. I deleted anything associated with fitbit....done.

Hi there @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums. We're sorry to hear that your Charge 3's creen won't turn on. We acknowledge the limitation we have on our part particularly on what you have experienced. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services. We understand and respect your decision regarding the 35% our Support Team previously offered.
Thanks for your question about why we offered a discount towards a new Fitbit product instead of a replacement of your existing Fitbit product. Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Your device is out of the warranty period, and therefore is not eligible for repair or replacement, but we want to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit.
Keep in mind that every case is completely different from the other's, thanks for taking the time to share your experiences and feedback. For more information about the outcome of your case, please get in touch with our them again and or you can check our warranty policies for a better understanding of the information that they provided to you. For more information about our warranty, see fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.
We thank you for being a customer and hope that the discount will help keep you in the Fitbit family. Have a nice day!
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
