The screen on my Fitbit 3 has suddenly started flashing. It won’t work at all and now the screen is blank . What can I do?

Hi @Abudhabi1, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen started flashing and it stopped turning on all of a sudden.

 

Please let me know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
