Charge 3 screen won't turn on

Charge 3 screen will not turn on. Vibrates when I press on it. If I do a long reset the smiley face will come up, but then it fades away and I'm back with a blank screen that never turns on. The screen turned on once after numerous resets and restarts, but it was for about 10 seconds at most. It said that it was charge 100%. I've done the long reset a million times every which way (while it was charging, when it wasn't charging) and simply nothing is happening. It still makes the pulse feeling and buzzes when a phone call comes in, but that's it. 

 

I had issues with the Charge 3 before my warranty was up on numerous occasions and when I demanded a replacement they would also lead me around and convince me to trouble shoot just one more time. No of course my warranty is up. 

 

I won't even get started on the fact that when my Fitbit DOES work the screen is so dim you can barely read it at all, ever. I end up having to look at the app on my phone to see any of the information because I can't see it on the device itself. 

 

Really irritated considering I tried to get a replacement on numerous occasions when I had issues under the warranty and I was always convinced not to and OF COURSE now it won't work and I'm probably out of luck.

I have experienced the same issue. This is a great product when it works. I am now on my 5th device. Sad to say it will be my last at this point. I don't enjoy having to turn on my phone or iPad to be able to see my information.

I'm experiencing the same, except I can't get it to reset and no smiley face. This is my second charge 3

Had my charge for 11 months. Screen went dim then just stopped. Tried all the so called fixes but none have worked. Been on google Youtube and nothing works. Not impressed.

So, what's the answer?? Give up on Fitbit as a step tracker. Have you
received a response from Fitbit??

This is my first Fitbit and I've only had it 11 months. Sick of trying to
reboot it or changing the clock Nothing works.

If it is under a year, they should replace it. Although, I am on my 2nd
Replacement...and it is now not working.

Same here my Charge 3 is dark, I try to charge it and it doesn't vibrate but sometimes shows the smiley face when charging. Not sure what to do as I can't read the time and read all the help support steps and nothing has worked.
