Charge 3 screen won't turn on

My Charge 3 screen will not turn on. I have tried to hold the button for both 15 and 8 seconds while attached to charger.  I also tried to change the clock face. Nothing seems to work. Can anyone help please or suggest anything I haven't tried?

Hi @Laurak_2003, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 won't turn on, even though you have restarted it and charged it before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
