Charge 3 screen won't turn on

I have had my replacement  Charge 3 for 2 months and it has gone the same as my previous one which lasted 8 months. Blank screen. Continuous buzz when hold button down. None of the help articles solve the problem.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Also, let me know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Hello

Thank you for your prompt response. I have tried rebooting the Charge 3
quite a few times but that doesn't help. 8ve also tried changing the clock
face but that didn't work. I have left it charging as you suggested and
that didn't work. I repeated this for another few hours and it just
hasn't helped at all.

Same with mine.  Fitbit replaced my charge 3 that died within a year.    The one they sent, after 7 months u can no longer read.  It is way too dim.  Im hating fitbit right now
