I've had my charge 3 for less than 2 weeks. It just stopped working. The screen won't wake even after I charged it. Nothing happens... no vibrate or light up.

I contacted fitbit and they had me try everything and then promptly replaced my fitbit when nothing worked. They were pretty great about it. I think mine was still covered under a year warranty.

I'm having the same issue with my Charge 3. Screen went black. I can still see the Fitbit syncing from my mobile app. I also tried changing the Clock face, but no luck.

Hello, I tried the suggestions below (change face, reboot) but the screen won't wake, the fitbit is working otherwise, charging etc., what else can I do?
