So I have a fitbit charge3. Its been replaced once because of lines gong across the screen. That was back in February when my original device was about 3 months old. It started to happen again to my new device, so I tried all the reset instructions they sent me the last time from when it broke but nothing resolved it. No my screen has gone totally blank. Please help.
