I've tried several times to get charge 3 screen to work by putting it on charge, pressing button for  8 secs and 15 secs  smiley face appears, vibrates but then screen is still blank. Have also had the fitbit logo on screen and constant vibrating for several mins. It also not synced to the app in last 19 hours. Any ideas?
