My wife and returned to FitBit just under 1 year ago. I got the Versa and she got the Charge 3. Yesterday her Charge 3 started to lose battery charge very quickly, and was dead (no battery charge) within hours of recharging it to 100%. Since then it is unstable, unresponsive, won’t connect via Bluetooth nor sync with the app. Basically, it is impossible to debug nor attempt to fix. The only thing I managed to do before it stopped responding was to reboot it using the device’s interface.
Can someone provide a link to initiate the warranty exchange/ return process? This has been a very unfortunate experience that restarts our search for alternatives to Apple’s watch.

Similar problem. It was almost less than a year old and my charge 3 doesnt even charge.

I got my Charge3 a year ago and It no longer reads my activity or my active pulse.
