Charge 3 shortcuts only showing Pilates as an option

When I used Exercise status I used to get Run, Bike, Treadmill etc but suddenly I only get Run and Pilates  Pilates Pilates(first time). Nothing else. I have reset my charge 3 several times to no avail. What can I do to restore settings, please?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Hi there @Geoff56, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to solve this issue prior contacting us. Nice way to go! 

I was experiencing the same, but I fixed mine by going into the exercise shortcuts and deleting all of the ones listed (my Charge 3 was showing Pilates, Pilates, Pilates but my app listed run, treadmill, bike etc). Then, I re -added the ones I wanted and synced my phone again. 

If that doesn't work, please be so kind to set up your Charge 3 as a replacement device by following these instructions:

1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

After resetting 3x, I reshuffled the activities and then it sych'd.

This is not working for me...either solution.  My phone keeps telling me that something has gone wrong with the pairing?  I've tried it 4 times with the same outcome.
