My current fitbit charge 3 has just developed the dreaded grey lines again. This fitbit was a replacement for my original fitbit that developed the same problem. I have contacted customer support who have said there is nothing I can do as already had a replacement. I asked how I could make a complaint regarding the quality of the fitbit and that it should last longer than 1 year. I was told there was nobody to escalate too. I will never purchase another fitbit product and would not recommend to anybody! This us a known fault and fitbit should be taking action.

Sorry to hear about this. Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
