  • This last week has seen complete deterioration of my charge3.
  • Last few days I charge my fitbit to 100%, within a couple hours it is below 10% and unresponsive. Have used two different wall chargers and one laptop.
  • One line appeared through display this week, has become two, one thick and one thin.
  • I have rebooted, reset and updated device multiple times over the week to fix the issue but is just getting worse.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not holding a charge and its screen showing lines and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists after the troubleshoots I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
