The exercise icons on my actual watch to pre set have gone array. I’ve lost the swim, walk, weights options and now have Pilates appearing 3 times. How can they be re set ?

If your Charge 3 is showing Pilates several times, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
