I just put my charge 3 on the charge and when I went to get it there are grey lines on the screen. I reset the fitbit a few times but they are still there.
My husband bought this for me for my birthday in December 2019 I dont think he has the receipt anymore.
Had anyone had this issue and was able to fix it??
