My device shows incorrect steps on the device, but on the app its accurate! How is this possible?

Alex,

I just woke up and before even walking just getting out of bed and getting dressed I was at 54 steps. I did a reset as per the directions. What should I do?

Keep in mind that your Charge 3 might register some steps depending on your hand movement. If you have the sensitivity option on, I suggest switching it to normal.
