Charge 3 showing incorrect time and date

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge 3 had been working fine until the display would not turn on and I called help and we went through everything to no avail. Finally, they have sent a new one to my address in the USA which I will pick up in March.

In the meantime, I have been able to continue to use my old one as it still tracks everything and sends to my phone. This morning 1/13/20 (Fiji date and time) I awoke to a 1/12/20 (US date and time on my Fitbit app) for no apparent reason.  All other apps correct date and time on my Samsung 8 phone, Fitbit app a day behind! WTF

Welcome to the Community, @Dayanand1.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix the issues you have been experiencing with your Charge 3. It's great to know that you will be receiving a replacement.

About the time and date issue, are you making sure that your tracker is syncing properly? Keep in mind that it needs to be constantly syncing in order to keep the time and date. Also, the device you are using to sync needs to have the time you prefer.

I hope to hear from you soon. 🙂

Once again, my Fitbit is synching fine except for Food & Water, which are one day behind and I am unable to log the current day and that is on my Samsung S8. My phone is functioning quite well on all apps except for Fitbit.  On another note, if I go to the Fitbit app on my desktop everything is recording correctly and when my phone syncs with my desktop it is all correct.  I am quite confused as you may well imagine.
