Hi there.
My Charge 3 keeps telling the wrong time. It has the right time once I sync it with my phone, but around an hour later my watch will show the wrong time, generally around 20 minutes too slow. Anyone any ideas? Brand new watch!

my fitbit suddenly shows 4.05 when the the real time is 14.05.
i have tried to sync on my iPhone but it doesent work. I also bought the Fitbit Air scales but the two dont syncronize. My first Fitbit Air scale consumed three sets of batteries in a month. I got a new one from my supplier but I Still have the problem of syncronizing it with my phone or iPad.
What do you suggest ?

Mine was fine but for the past couple of months has been 5 minutes slow, just enough to cause trouble. I will reset and see how long it lasts. Seems like it should show the same time as my phone

Hi,
my charge 3 shows the same time as my iphone. My charge 3 is very slow to sync with my ipad and does not sync with my fitbit aria air!

I am seeing this issue since the last couple of days. My Charge 3 has worked without issue for about 2 years and now all of a sudden this happens.
I noticed the time slipping at night as I use it silent alarms and got up too late as an effect of this. Then it is really hard to sync once time starts slipping. I have tried it all, restart phone, device, app and even removing and re-adding the device (which also took many attempts and a looooong time).
I have the time zone set to manual as read up on forums, but that didn't help.
Extremely frustring!

That’s exactly what mine is off now. So aggravating and help is not helpful!
