2 days ago my Charge 3 stopped showing the heart rate, no light on the back of it. It showed all other stats. So I reset it and restarted as well as logout and login from the app and resynched. And now no stats showing on Fitbit. All blank, No step counting, no calory counting, no heart rate. All it shows the current time. Please help! I am a very active user, walk 14000 steps a day, it is frustrating not to have it working, feel like I am not working out anymore.
