After researching, I found that the Charge 3 had one of the best ratings for accurate calories burned tracking. Before I have even put it on this morning, it shows almost 500 calories burned. How is this possible? Thanks.

What do you think keeps your body going from Midnight until you get up?

I didn't mean to be and I apologize if you felt it was. Mine shows just under 400 usually at that time.

I checked my calories this morning when up at 6:30 AM and calories were 479. I am 91 years old, Male, 6'2, 166 lbs--all parameters used in the computer algorithm used to calculate calorie burn. I had moderate restliness and was up one time for about 10 minutes which would add a little to the algorithmic calculation. I wear my tracker 24 hours.
