My Fitbit went blank and then showed the logo with 001 underneath. Now it won’t sync. I’ve tried a restart twice and got the Smiley face but still nothing

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 tracker went blank, showed the logo with 001 underneath and won't sync. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. Since the restart didn't help, I've sent your information to the Customer Support team so they can get in touch with you and provide further assistance.
