Hi y'all. I've been wasting so much time on this, and can't find an appropriate thread.
Please correct me if I'm wrong!
In short - I really dig my Charge #3, and the app certainly 'synchronises' perfectly (phew!).
However...despite my sleep being accurately measured by the Charge #3 tracker and uploading to the app, my Charge #3 tracker on the down scroll REFUSES to display my sleep despite it uploading to the app without fail...
You guessed it: 'Sleep Not Tracked' occurs every day. App displays my sleep, meaning my Charge #3 does track my sleep. It's just the fact it won't display on the scroll function (swiping up on the Charge #3 tracker itself) It is slowly killing me. It's a tiny issue in comparison to seemingly a lot of others' issues, however, it REALLY annoys me for some reason.
Can I somehow remove the display on my Charge #3 tracker, just for the sleep bit?
P.S. Yes, I've restarted, uninstalled, blah blah blah etc, and still my Charge #3 tracker won't display my sleep. And no, I'm not an insomniac. It is 100% an issue with the Charge #3 tracker display.
Thank you for your time!

I have a feeling that fitbit is spending all efforts on its Fitbit Premium service. One day when this is fixed, it may require a Premium subscription to just display the number of hours slept on your Charge 3. 😉
Fingers crossed.

Just for the record, the "Sleep not tracked" display issue is still out there. Thanks.

Hi All,
I've just checked today. And voilà, I can see my sleep tracking information on my Charge 3.
Is the bug finally fixed? Does it work for you, too?
Updated: It didn't work on the next day.

This message is dated January 2019. I’m having this problem and it now December 2019. Why has this issue not been fixed yet?

How much patience can one have when it’s been a year from my comment and comments I’ve seen others have made. When this watch wears out. I’ll purchase a different brand.

Yes, this issue still happens intermittently.
Can someone answer this multi-million dollar question? @AlejandraFitbit or other moderator, please?

Let me push up this issue again while we are entering 2020 soon.
Fingers crossed if this bug will be fixed in 2020?
Any take?

I am a total FitBit Charge 3 newby, having received my Charge 3 as a Christmas gift. I'm trying to learn all the aspects of the device.
I want to resolve the "Sleep Not Tracked" message I am getting on the FitBit. I see that there is sleep data when I go to the FitBit app on my Android phone.
Googling "Sleep Not Tracked" got me to this thread. I am astounded that the problem was reported in January this year, and twelve months later there is still no fix!!! This makes me think that FitBit support is very poor, and once they have your money, you are on your own.
Can anyone disabuse me of that conclusion?

This issue is still randomly happening most of the time. Can @AlejandraFitbit provide any update for us?
Thanks.

Welcome to 2020! Still no resolution on this - not even a new year's resolution?
I guess what users are saying is that it would be much more convenient to check the sleep score in the morning on the band rather than going through the app to find it.

I had my Fitbit Charge 3 for exactly a year now and it suddenly stopped tracking my sleep also the sleep tracking display disappeared from the watch. I am shocked to see that this is already a known issue to Fitbit and they haven't bothered to resolve it!
I tried all the suggested fixes and nothing seems to be working! This is very frustrating!

The problem was fixed on its own! I let the battery level drain till 0% then i fully charged my fitbit and sync'd the app, then the next day my sleep was tracked. However the watch doesn't display the results anymore and i have to check the app every time.

Please note this thread is about the wrong display on the fitbit device only.
The sleep tracking information is shown in Fitbit app itself. However, fitbit Charge 3 (watch) still shows "Sleep Not Tracked" instead of the number of hours slept. This happens very frequently and it is a random issue that fitbit hasn't fixed so far on Charge 3.
Will the same happen on Charge 4?
Can @AlejandraFitbit give us any information?
