In the last few days my Charge 3 has the 'Connected GPS is running' message flashing constantly in my notifications and this causing battery drain .
How fo I fix this?

This is another random issue, which fitbit is ignoring. It still happens randomly. If you contact fitbit support, they will tell you your phone isn't on their compatible list...etc.

@Leo1543 It seems to me turning off the notification as you described does not end the process. Sometimes that process has tracked steps bound up that I want to be synchronized to my total. Without the process completing it is still using resources and not updating activity.

nothing is working to stop my
GPS connected on charge 3.
Even Fitbit chat couldn't help me.
Please I want it to stop.

You're right. Randomly starts running. I can't make it stop.

@Nov1955 it seems to run less for me when the app remains active on my Android, and the phone is with me.

Worked for me also- but WHY did it start? I had a hard time figuring out how to "end" the run. UGH.

this issue is not resolved. I have the "GPS running" message that won't go away on s10 plus and newest version of fitbit app.
