I had purchased a Charge 3 from the Fitbit store around a year and a half ago, and the screen had died. Fortunately it was under warranty, so it was replaced. Now, I am experiencing a visual problem. There are white lines running vertical on my screen. I have tried a soft reset and a hard reset, but to no avail. I have searched the forums but have not found a solution.
I have attached a photo so you will be able to see what the problem I am experiencing is. Thank you in advance for any help!
