Charge 3 shows battery charged showing 100% one min then 1% the next

Hi, 

For the past day or 2 my charge 3 has been having an issue. 

When connecting the the charger its charging and is showing at 100% after a while, then when I take it off charge its showing 100% but after maybe 3 minutes the screen goes dead, won't turn on at all, when I plug it back in to charger its showing 1%.

I've tried computer and plug to charge it, many times today and still having same issue. 

Anyone help? It's only a few months old. And has only started today. I've restarted it but still same issue
