I have had Charge 1 2 and 3 seems like it last until the new one comes out. Anyone feel me on that?
Screen on the 3 went out a few weeks ago and the plug in reset helped, now I have black lines on most of the screen and nothing helps. .....funny how the charge 4 is out now.

However, I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 shows black liens on most of it. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a long restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
