My replacement to my original charge 3 is having the same issues as my original one. After not using during school my Fitbit has become unusable. I have been charging it for several days and I have cleaned the contacts. However, the screen only shows a smiley face when rebooted (holding down for 8 seconds while charging). The button still vibrates as normal but, like I said, the screen is blank. It might be important to note that it also no longer syncs. The first one I felt was a defect and since it was within one year I got a new one, no harm no foul. However, unlike my original incident this time my charge it outside of the original one year warranty. Sadly, my new one has broken in less then it’s year; although it has been less then a year since I got my replacement it has been more then a year since my original one. I would like to fix it, but I don’t think it is possible. Is there a way to get it repaired/replaced? What should I do?

@sharrington329 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR having a black screen and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. We don't have repair centers so this isn't something we can offer you at this time. Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
Let me know how it goes.
