I have owned my Charge 3 for 20 months. I charged it today and when turned off charge vertical grey lines have appeared on the display. this means I have difficulty reading the content. I have restarted and charged the device, but it makes no difference. What would you advise? I've also changed the clock and reset The device am I able to. Get a replacement?
