Hi, My Charge 3 has just today developed grey lines down screen. I have tried a normal restart and a long restart (15 seconds) and it has not fixed the problem.
It is using a standard Fitbit clock display.
Thanks

Hi,
I am sorry to report the replacement is showing the problem. I followed the usual instructions and connected my Fitbit charging lead to my laptop as normal and connected the replacement device. As soon as the screen lit up on the new device it was showing the same "lines down the screen" problem as my original charge 3.
Please can you advise what my next steps are as I am worried the problem is actually with the charging lead?
Thanks
Steve
