After running an update tonight, I no longer have the option of setting silent alarms. Also I cannot change my clock face . Any suggestions?

Hi @Lmncv, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is not showing the option to set a silent alarm and the clock face can't be changed.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help page when trying to set an alarm.
Regarding the clock face issue, please make sure that you are also trying the steps included in this article when trying to install a new clock face. Please try to select a clock face developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face.
Finally, monitor your Charge 3 and see if the issues get fixed.
