Just started getting notifications every 400 steps. anyone know how to turn this off?

Let me help you with your Charge 3 showing notifications every 400 steps. This is odd. Start by checking if your steps goal is set correctly on your Fitbit app by tapping the top left button then goals. Also restart your tracker by following these instructions.
