My charge 3 stopped working yesterday. It had a low battery so I put it on charge, when I removed the charger it had the Fitbit icon and 001. Checked on the app help section and followed the recommend steps. The smile appeared on screen but shortly disappeared, after a few minutes it goes back to the Fitbit 001. I’ve tried several more times to reboot but it’s still the same. The flashing lights that detect heart rate aren’t working either. Any tips how to get it working again? Thanks 🙂

Mine started doing the same 2 days ago, I tried different ways to reset it which I found online but none of them work..
I plugged it into the charger, held the button on the side for 15" after which I got the smiley screen and then the screen went black. I took it out of the charger and then put it back in the charger but the screen remained black.. When pressing the button on the side it would vibrate so it is somewhat responsive, but not more than that. After a while the 001 error would pop up again.. I've tried more then 10 times but it's not working..
