My Charge 3 (which I was given as a present 3 months ago) started to play up last night. It wouldn't turn on at all so I did the 15 seconds on charge and it then went to dnd mode. When trying to change it nothing happened so I again tried to charge and then the white lines came up. Today I have tried again with 15 secs on charge, took it off charge and then on again and now I get the ghost face with a white line and when I take it off charge I get the ghost face with a smiley face but am unable to change that. I have also tried changing the clock face but this didn't work either. Can anyone help please?

Sorry to hear about your Charge 3 screen not working correctly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I noticed that you already have a ticket with the Support team so please work with them to find a solution.

Thank you Alvaro, it is all sorted. Fitbit gave me the option to replace my fitbit or buy a newer model for 50% off.
