Charge 3 shows white lines after charging

Hi. I charged my fit bit charge this morning and when it came off charge it had white lines on screen. I have tried restarting it. Please can you help.

Please confirm that you have tried changing your Charge 3 clock face and  the long restart. After trying the restart.
