Plugged my Charge 3 in the other day, and when it came back on there were the white lines of doom all down the screen.
I have tried the soft reset (unit on charge, hold button for 8 secs until smiley face shows)
I have tried changing the clock face
I have tried the long reset (unit on charge, hold button when battery icon shows for 15 secs, progress bar comes up and short vibrations as it fills in, take unit off charge, plug back in and turn back on)
I even tried changing the clock face again after that.
No different, white lines are still there - and I am pretty fed up as this is the 3rd Charge 3 unit this has happened to!
Is anyone from Customer Services on, can you tell me if I am able to get yet another replacement?
