Weird issue - my screen is gray/white and continuously changes between home screen (though, I can’t scroll down the whole screen) and the awake/notifications screen  I’ve tried restarting it, but it hasn’t fixed it.  This is my 3rd charge 3 in about a year’s time. I’ve only had this current one for approximately 4 months. Major problems with this model!

Let me help you with your Charge 3 showing white lines and scrolling through these items and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know about this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
