Charge 3 shut down in the water

I took my Charge 3 in the water for the first time today.  I charged it fully last night and about 30 minutes into my swim it started buzzing on my wrist and then it shut down.  I got home, plugged it in, the smiley face came on and then more vibrating/buzzing then a straight line across the screen and nothing since. It's not even 2 years old.  I bought it so I could take it swimming and then lockdown hit and the pools shut down and today was the first time I had the chance to use that function and it died on me.  I'm very disappointed and want to know how to claim my warranty service
