Charge 3 sleep, active hours and notifications issues

My Amazon Fitbit app will not sync and track my sleep stages, and active hours, or give notifications. Though it does count steps, floors, calories. It just shows how long I slept, and says it was deep sleep the whole time with a strait dark blue line. Don't know what to do.

Keep in mind that your device needs to be compatible in order to connect with your Fitbit. You can check which devices are compatible by checking our help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?.
